Carnival Spirit

Carnival spirit entered service in April of 2001, and the cost of building this was about $375 million. Home Port is San Diego, California. The Spirit has an average cruising speed of 22 knots and holds 2,124 guests. Carnival Spirit measures 960 feet long and weighs in at 88,500 gross tons. It has many features such as 4 swimming pools and 5 hot tubs also one of few ships to feature a 72 ft. twisting water slide. 16 bars and lounges as well as 3 dining venues.

Mexico

Hello all I am happy to report that my parents and I have booked a cruise on the Carnival Spirit. we are sailing on an 8 day itinerary, with port of call being Acapulco, Ixtapa and Manzanillo Mexico. Not set to sail till the end of October but still can't wait we are 249 days out.
